Home sales are up but still at a slower rate. The homes that most consumers are purchasing are under $250k and those homes that are priced competitively are the ones that are selling the fastest. If you are a buyer, you have some great selection in Southern Oregon and if you are a first time homebuyer you may qualify for the $8,000 tax credit. For sellers, make sure your home is in tip top shape at all times.
